Return and Refund Policy – International (USA / Canada / Australia)


This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through evioxa.comand covers customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect

  • The return request is made within the allowed time frame (see below)

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

Note: Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for all return requests.


3. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are no longer in original condition

  • Perishable goods or items with hygiene seals broken

  • Final sale or clearance items (as clearly marked)

  • Customized or personalized products

Australia: Under ACL, “change of mind” returns are not mandatory.

Canada (Quebec): Additional rules may apply for distance selling.

USA: Federal law does not require returns unless misrepresented.


4. How to Request a Return

  • Your full name and order number

  • Photos or video of the issue (if applicable)

  • Reason for the return

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping address.

6. Refund Process

7. Exchanges

Where available, we can send a replacement item instead of issuing a refund:

  • Subject to stock availability

  • Applies only to faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
